I've recently discovered this program and am eager to talk to someone. I've submitted an application and have completed my Candidate Profile, so I was wondering how long it typically takes to hear back.

Hi there zbell64, thank you for your question! Unfortunately, it is impossible to say how long it will be before we can find a position for any given candidate. Sometimes we are able to find a match right away, but other times it's necessary to wait until a new opportunity becomes available before we can do so. I've actually heard back. I submitted two different applications (because I forgot to express my interest in the Sakae internship). I got the same response for both applications regarding jobs (nothing is available for me at this time) but nothing about the Sakae internship. Is this to say I won't be considered for the internship?
